How it works.
Call
Start with a free introduction call.
Let's chat for 20 minutes about what you're dealing with and whether this kind of support would be helpful. No therapy session, no hard sell - just a genuine conversation to see if we're a good fit.
Then book sessions if and when you need them.
There's no retainer, no minimum commitment, no pressure. Sessions are 45 minutes, held virtually, and charged at £100 per session. Most founders I work with meet fortnightly or monthly, but you book individually based on what you need. Some people want regular support during particularly intense periods. Others check in occasionally when something specific comes up.
Everything is confidential.
What we discuss stays between us. This isn't reported back to FounderON, your co-founder, your investor or anyone else. These sessions are completely separate from any other FounderON services you might use.
