So I've created two online courses that take the learnings from my own business journey (start up to 7-figure exit in 4 years) and make them relevant to any agency or service business.

The key to running a successful agency or service business is getting the basics right.

Revenue solves most challenges, but isn't always that easy to come by. In the early stages you'll likely have referrals and contacts from your little black book. But when they dry up, it's easy for a business to plateau.

The obvious thing is to invest in sales. That might be a person, or an outbound agency, or Google campaigns. But the most successful businesses start by narrowing exactly who they are targeting and what problems they can solve for them.

Good news: Get this right, and the revenue takes care of itself.

Bad news: It's the most difficult bit.

This course is all about getting the basics right, giving you the tools you need to grow to £1m revenue at your own pace. No more waiting for referrals or RFP's.

The course is split into step-by-step modules that are delivered as slides with video commentry. Each module includes actions to take into your own business, as well as examples for 3 different companies (my own agency, and a fictional paid media agency and gardening company).

I speak to so many agency founders that have grown quickly to £1-2m revenue, but then the growth has slowed down.

It's a much different challenge to go from adding £5-10k revenue per month, to £40-50k. And if you are fortunate enough to achieve the growth, all of your processes and structure starts to break around you.

If this sounds familiar then it sounds like you might be running a successful agency!

In my own agency, we grew to £350k revenue in the first 2 years. It was a hard slog. We had to fight every month to achieve growth, and my brain was fried from keeping so many plates spinning.

Over the following 2 years, we managed to unlock rapid growth. Adding £10k, £20k, £30k revenue per month consistently. We started to be braver with our bets and strategies. Some failed, but most worked, resulting in a successful exit at the end of year 4.

In this course, I go through all of the strategies that worked for us, and talk through how you could implement them in your own business.
