I should probably explain why it exists...
I built a business from scratch, grew it to 80 people, and sold it for seven figures. From the outside it probably looked pretty straightforward. It wasn't.

Most of it was just figuring things out as I went along. Making decisions a bit later than I should have, and occasionally realising I'd been heading in the wrong direction for longer than I'd care to admit.

The only times it felt easier were when I had someone around me who'd been through it before. Someone who could quickly sense-check things, point out risks, or just say "you're overthinking this".

That's what FounderON is. Not a formal framework, or a big time commitment. Just that kind of support, when you need it.

I'm offering a free trial because I'd rather you experience it than take my word for it.
The kind of things people ask.
Most of the questions aren't headline-worthy. They're normal ones that just carry a lot of weight when it's your own business:
"Should I let this client go?"
"Is it too early to hire?"
"Am I pricing this properly?"
"Why does everything feel busy but I'm not growing?"
The sort of decisions that don't feel huge in the moment, but tend to have a knock-on effect if you get them wrong.
Usually you just need a bit of perspective. Or someone pointing out the thing you already half-knew but hadn't acted on yet.

If you're wondering what it looks like inside.
Everything inside FounderON exists for one reason: to help you make better decisions faster, and avoid the ones that cost you months (or money).

'Ask Chris'
Post your question and I'll give you my opinion. Simple. Other members who've been in the same situation often weigh in too. It's the fastest way to sense-check something before you commit time, money or energy.
Weekly live masterclasses
Every week I run a focused session on a specific growth topic - hiring risk, pricing structure, how to build a leadership team. Based on what I've done, not just what sounds good in theory. All recorded, so you never miss one and can't use that as an excuse.
300+ UK founders - and their collective scar tissue
Thousands of real conversations from founders sharing what's worked, what hasn't, and what they wished they'd known. When you're facing something new, there's a decent chance someone in here has already dealt with it - and is happy to tell you what they got wrong first.
Daily posts - short, useful, easy to ignore if you're busy
Every weekday I share something to help you think more clearly about your business. Decision frameworks, questions worth asking yourself and lessons from real founder conversations. A few minutes to read, but ocassionally changes how you approach a problem you're facing.
The Decision Vault - learn from the decisions other founders have already made
A growing library of the decisions founders face most often - built from real questions and refined over years of advisory work. Hire or wait? Take the acquisition meeting? Push into a new market? Clear frameworks, not vague encouragement to "trust your gut".
GROW & SCALE courses - a step-by-step guide
Two in-depth video courses. GROW covers getting to your first £1m in a controlled, repeatable way. SCALE covers going beyond £5m, and what it looks like to eventually sell. Most members don't binge them. They dip in when they're about to make a big move and want some context first.
